Cancellation Policy
A reservation constitutes a contract so should you cancel your reservation and the accommodation cannot be re-let then we would charge 75 % of the total booking.

Disability Access Statement
Ellingham House has a level graveled car park with three gradual steps up to the porch and then one more step through the front door into the covered entrance porch. Double doors lead into the hallway with the breakfast room and lounge on this level. A toilet is available on the ground floor.
A wide staircase leads upstairs (16 steps) to the first floor bedrooms (room 1, 2, and 3) with all these being on the same level. There is a slight step up to each shower, though in room 1 the step is 22 cm. Room 4 is on the second floor with a wide staircase leading up 16 steps to this room.
All bedrooms have remote controlled televisions and DVD sets.
A large scale breakfast menu is available on request.
If for any reason Ellingham House is unsuitable then help will be given to find a suitable alternative in the area should you wish.
Although we do not offer room service, we live on the premises, and we will always be on hand in case of emergency. We do all we can to provide all our guests with a personal and caring service, and we try to overcome any barriers that the physical limitations of the property create.
We are aware of the needs of all of our guests and will be delighted to help in any way we can to make your stay an enjoyable one
